आदि ज्वर हारिनी, तुम हो जग त्राता॥

गर्दभ वाहन तुम्हरो, हाथ झाड़ू सोहे।
सूपड़ा नीम पत्ता, रूप सबको मोहे॥

ज्वर शीतला चेचक, तुम दूर करावो।
बालकन की रक्षक, तुम सुख बरसावो॥

शीतला सप्तमी को, व्रत जो कोई करे।
