Ayyappa Aarti — अयप्पा आरती — is a traditional worship song (aarti) offered to Lord Ayyappa. Attributed to Sabarimala Ayyappa Tradition (Kerala), this prayer holds a special place in Hindu devotional literature. ॥ श्री अयप्पा स्वामी आरती ॥
जय अयप्पा देवा, जय अयप्पा देवा।
शबरिगिरि वासा, हरिहर सुत देवा॥
विष्णु-मोहिनी-तनय, शिव-शक्ति अवतारा।
हरि और हर दोनों के, प्रेम का उपहारा।
सत्यम् शिवम् सुन्दरम्, धर्मशास्ता लाला।
जय अयप्पा देवा॥ १॥
पम्पा नदी तीर पर, शबरिमलै धामा।
पतिनेट्टाम् पडि (अठारह सीढ़ियाँ), पवित्र पुण्य धामा।
इरुमुडि सिर पर, तप करता आना।
स्वामिये शरणम् अयप्पा, यही है गाना॥
जय अयप्पा देवा॥ २॥
मण्डल काल व्रत में, भक्त करें सेवा।
काली माला पहने, नैष्ठिक ब्रह्मचारी।
घी का अभिषेक करें, दीप जगमगायी।
मकर ज्योति दर्शन, परम सुखदायी॥

महिषी दैत्य मर्दन, शौर्य की कहानी।
वन में पाले गये, राजकुल की शानी।
पूर्णा पुष्कला संग, नित्य विराजानी।
शास्ता देव अयप्पा, कृपा की निशानी॥

तमिल, मलयालम्, तेलुगु, कन्नड़ में गूँजे।
हिन्दी संस्कृत में भी, नाम तेरा गूँजे।
दक्षिण उत्तर पूर्व पश्चिम, सब दिशा में गूँजे।
