॥ अथ श्रीशिवपञ्चाक्षरस्तोत्रम् ॥

ॐ नमः शिवाय शान्ताय कारणत्रयहेतवे।

निवेदयामि चात्मानं त्वं गतिः परमेश्वर॥१॥

ॐ नमः शिवाय शुद्धाय ब्रह्मरूपधराय च।

सच्चिदानन्दरूपाय कृष्णपिङ्गलधारिणे॥२॥

ॐ नमः शिवाय गौर्यै च ह्यर्धनारीश्वराय च।

उमादेहार्धधारिन्ये नमो भगवते शिव॥३॥

ॐ नमः शिवाय सर्वाय विश्वरूपधराय च।

विश्वनाशाय विश्वाय भूतेशाय नमो नमः॥४॥

ॐ नमः शिवाय रुद्राय मृत्युञ्जयाय शम्भवे।

सर्वज्ञाय सदाशम्भो करुणामयदृष्टये॥५॥

पञ्चरत्नमिदं प्रोक्तं शिवस्य परमात्मनः।

यः पठेत्प्रातरुत्थाय शिवलोकमवाप्नुयात्॥
