॥ श्री बालकृष्ण अष्टकम् ॥
करारविन्देन पदारविन्दं
मुखारविन्दे विनिवेशयन्तम्।
वटस्य पत्रस्य पुटे शयानं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ १॥
नवनीतचोरं नटवरवेषं
गोपीजनप्रेमरसातुरं च।
कालिन्दीतीरे व्रजवासिनं तं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ २॥
यशोदाङ्कगतं सुहासवक्त्रं
स्तन्यं पिबन्तं नयनाभिरामम्।
नन्दस्य गेहे शुभमङ्गलं तं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ ३॥
गोवर्धनोद्धारणलीलमीशं
कंसारिमुग्रासुरभञ्जनं च।
बकासुरप्राणविनाशनं तं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ ४॥
मक्खनचोरं शिशुबालरूपं
नन्दालयानन्दविवर्धनं च।
घुटुकं चरन्तं शुभदर्शनं तं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ ५॥
वेणुं वदन्तं स्मितसुन्दराङ्गं
गोपालबालैः परिवेष्टितं च।
यमुनातटान्ते क्रीडमानं तं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ ६॥
मृत्तिकां खादन्तमदीनलीलं
ब्रह्माण्डमात्रे मुखे दर्शयन्तम्।
यशोदया वात्सल्यपूर्णमीशं
बालं मुकुन्दं मनसा स्मरामि॥ ७॥
बालकृष्णाष्टकमिदं पुण्यं
यः पठेत् प्रातरुत्थाय भक्त्या।
दुःखं विनश्येत् सुखमाप्नुयात्
बालगोपालकृपां लभेत् सः॥ ८॥
