॥ श्री जगन्नाथ पञ्चरत्नम् ॥

पुरीक्षेत्रनिवासिनं सबलभद्रसुभद्रायुतम्।

रथयात्रामहोत्सवं जगदीशं प्रपद्ये॥ १॥

नीलाचलनिवासिनं कृष्णरूपं जगन्नाथम्।

क्षीरसागरसम्भूतं चतुर्धामनिवासिनम्॥ २॥

महाप्रसाददातारं अन्नब्रह्मस्वरूपिणम्।

छप्पनभोगसम्पन्नं जगदीशं नमाम्यहम्॥ ३॥

गुण्डिचामन्दिरयात्रां रथोत्सवसमन्वितम्।

लक्षलक्षजनार्चितं जगन्नाथं भजामि तम्॥ ४॥

सर्वतीर्थमयं पुण्यं सर्वदेवमयं हरिम्।

सर्वमोक्षप्रदं देवं जगन्नाथं नमाम्यहम्॥ ५॥
