॥ श्री शिव द्वादश नाम स्तोत्रम् ॥
ॐ शिवो महेश्वरः शम्भुः पिनाकी शशिशेखरः।
वामदेवो विरूपाक्षः कपर्दी नीललोहितः॥ १॥
शङ्करः शूलपाणिश्च भवो भर्गो दिगम्बरः।
द्वादशैतानि नामानि शिवस्य परमात्मनः॥ २॥
प्रातरुत्थाय यो भक्त्या शिवनामानि यः पठेत्।
सर्वपापविनिर्मुक्तः शिवलोकमवाप्नुयात्॥ ३॥
नमोऽस्तु शम्भवे नित्यं नमस्ते गिरिजापते।
नमोऽस्तु भीमनाथाय नमस्ते कृत्तिवाससे॥ ४॥
नमो गङ्गाधराय च नमस्ते त्रिपुरान्तक।
नमोऽस्तु वृषभेशाय नमस्ते विषमेक्षण॥ ५॥
नमो नमः कालकालाय नमस्ते रुद्ररूपिणे।
नमो नटेश्वराय च सदा पञ्चमुखाय ते॥ ६॥
इत्येतत् द्वादशनामानि त्रिसन्ध्यं यः पठेन्नरः।
गोघ्नश्च सुरापश्च चोरश्च गुरुतल्पगः॥ ७॥
सर्वपापैर्विनिर्मुक्तः शिवसायुज्यमाप्नुयात्।
एतच्छिवस्य द्वादशनाम संस्मरन् सदा॥ ८॥
