वासुदेवं परं ब्रह्म सर्वकारणकारणम्।
सर्वभूतान्तरात्मानं प्रणमामि जगत्पतिम्॥१॥
वसत्यस्मिन् जगत्सर्वं यः स वासुदेवो विभुः।
सर्वगः सर्वभूतेषु तस्मै वासुदेवाय ते नमः॥२॥
वसुदेवसुतं देवं कंसचाणूरमर्दनम्।
देवकीपरमानन्दं वासुदेवं नमाम्यहम्॥३॥
वासुदेवः परं ज्योतिर्वासुदेवः परा गतिः।
वासुदेवः परं धाम वासुदेवाय ते नमः॥४॥
सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज।
इत्युक्तवान् यो भगवान् वासुदेवं भजामहे॥५॥
वासुदेवस्सर्वमिति स महात्मा सुदुर्लभः।
ज्ञानवान् मां प्रपद्यन्ते इत्युक्तः श्रीहरिः स्वयम्॥६॥
यस्मात्परतरं नास्ति यस्मात्परतरं नहि।
सर्वकारणकारणं वासुदेवं नमामि तम्॥७॥
अनादिं च परं ब्रह्म निर्गुणं गुणभासकम्।
वासुदेवमजं शाश्वतं पुराणपुरुषोत्तमम्॥८॥
वासुदेवस्तवं पुण्यं यः पठेत् प्रयतः सदा।
सर्वपापविनिर्मुक्तो वैकुण्ठं स गमिष्यति॥
॥ इति श्री वासुदेव स्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णम् ॥
