Dedicated to Lord Agni, the Agni Stotram (अग्नि स्तोत्रम्) is a devotional hymn of praise revered in Hindu tradition. Rooted in Rig Veda, this composition carries deep spiritual significance. ॥ श्री अग्नि स्तोत्रम् ॥
अग्निमीळे पुरोहितं यज्ञस्य देवमृत्विजम्।
होतारं रत्नधातमम्॥ १॥
अग्निः पूर्वेभिरृषिभिरीड्यो नूतनैरुत।
स देवाँ एह वक्षति॥ २॥
अग्निना रयिमश्नवत् पोषमेव दिवेदिवे।
यशसं वीरवत्तमम्॥ ३॥
वैश्वानरं महाज्योतिं हव्यवाहनमुत्तमम्।
जातवेदसमाहुतिं नमाम्यग्निं हुताशनम्॥ ४॥
सप्तजिह्वं द्विसप्तार्चिं त्रिपादं सप्तहस्तकम्।
धूम्रकेतुं कृशानुं च नमाम्यग्निं विभावसुम्॥ ५॥
दक्षिणाग्निं गार्हपत्यमाहवनीयमेव च।
त्रेताग्निं पावकं दिव्यं नमाम्यग्निं शुचिव्रतम्॥ ६॥
लोहितं धूम्रवर्णं च स्वर्णरेता महाप्रभम्।
स्वाहाकारवषट्कारं नमाम्यग्निं प्रजापतिम्॥ ७॥
दहनं तापनं चैव शोधनं पावनं तथा।
प्रकाशकं सर्वसाक्षिं नमाम्यग्निं सनातनम्॥ ८॥
