॥ श्री धन्वन्तरि द्वादश नाम स्तोत्रम् ॥

प्रथमं धन्वन्तरिं नाम द्वितीयं आयुर्वेददम्।

तृतीयं अमृतकलशधरं चतुर्थं सुधाकरम्॥१॥

पञ्चमं वैद्यराजं च षष्ठं दिवोदासं विदुः।

सप्तमं आरोग्यकारिणं अष्टमं सर्वरोगहरम्॥२॥

नवमं विष्णुअवतारं दशमं अमृतोद्भवम्।

एकादशं जरामृत्युहरं द्वादशं प्राणरक्षकम्॥३॥

द्वादशैतानि नामानि धन्वन्तरेर्महात्मनः।

यः पठेत् प्रातरुत्थाय सर्वरोगैः प्रमुच्यते॥४॥

दीर्घायुष्यं लभेत्तस्य निरामयं च जीवनम्।
