॥ श्री कार्तिकेय मङ्गलाष्टकम् ॥

षण्मुखं शक्तिहस्तं च मयूरवाहनं शुभम्।

देवसेनापतिं वन्दे कार्तिकेयाय मङ्गलम्॥ १॥

कुमारं ब्रह्मचारिं च तारकासुरमर्दनम्।

शिवपार्वतीसुतं देवं कार्तिकेयाय मङ्गलम्॥ २॥

गाङ्गेयं कृत्तिकापुत्रं स्कन्दं शरवणोद्भवम्।

वल्लीदेवसेनापतिं कार्तिकेयाय मङ्गलम्॥ ३॥

शक्तिधरं वीरवर्यं रक्तवर्णं मनोहरम्।

क्रौञ्चभेदनकर्तारं कार्तिकेयाय मङ्गलम्॥ ४॥

गुहं सेनान्यमीशानं सुब्रह्मण्यं कृपानिधिम्।

महाशक्तिधरं श्रीमत् कार्तिकेयाय मङ्गलम्॥ ५॥

विशाखं षष्ठिनायं च बाहुलेयं महाबलम्।
