Stotra Path (स्तोत्र पाठ)
॥ श्री सरस्वती अष्टकम् ॥
सरस्वतीं नमस्तुभ्यं वरदे कामरूपिणि।
विद्यारम्भं करिष्यामि सिद्धिर्भवतु मे सदा॥
नमस्ते शारदे देवि काश्मीरपुरवासिनि।
त्वामहं प्रार्थये नित्यं विद्यादानं च देहि मे॥१॥
या श्रद्धा धारणा मेधा वाग्देवी विधिवल्लभा।
भक्तजिह्वाग्रसदना शमादिगुणदायिनी॥२॥
नमामि यामिनीनाथलेखालङ्कृतकुन्तलाम्।
भवानीं भवसन्तापनिर्वापणसुधानदीम्॥३॥
या कुन्देन्दुतुषारहारधवला या शुभ्रवस्त्रावृता
या वीणावरदण्डमण्डितकरा या श्वेतपद्मासना।
या ब्रह्माच्युतशङ्करप्रभृतिभिर्देवैः सदा वन्दिता
सा मां पातु सरस्वती भगवती निःशेषजाड्यापहा॥४॥
शुक्लां ब्रह्मविचारसारपरमामाद्यां जगद्व्यापिनीं
वीणापुस्तकधारिणीमभयदां जाड्यान्धकारापहाम्।
हस्ते स्फाटिकमालिकां विदधतीं पद्मासने संस्थिताम्
वन्दे तां परमेश्वरीं भगवतीं बुद्धिप्रदां शारदाम्॥५॥
तां वेदानां जननीं विद्यानां सारसम्पदम्।
सर्वसिद्धिप्रदां देवीं सरस्वतीमुपास्महे॥६॥
वीणाधरे विपुलमङ्गलदानशीले
भक्तार्तिनाशनि विरिञ्चिहरीशवन्द्ये।
कीर्तिप्रदे ऽखिलमनोरथपूरणे त्वां
वाणीश्वरीमनिशमाश्रयतां नमामि॥७॥
माता मे पार्वती देवी पिता देवो महेश्वरः।
बान्धवाः शिवभक्ताश्च स्वदेशो भुवनत्रयम्।
सरस्वती महाभागे विद्ये कमललोचने।
विद्यारूपे विशालाक्षि विद्यां देहि नमोऽस्तु ते॥८॥
॥ फलश्रुति ॥
सरस्वत्यष्टकं चैतद् यः पठेत् सततं नरः।
तस्य कण्ठे सदा देवी निवसेद्वागधिष्ठिता॥
॥ इति श्री सरस्वती अष्टकं सम्पूर्णम् ॥
