॥ श्री सरस्वती कवचम् ॥
ॐ अस्य श्रीसरस्वतीकवचस्य ब्रह्मा ऋषिः।
गायत्री छन्दः। श्रीसरस्वती देवता।
श्रीसरस्वतीप्रीत्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः॥
ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं सरस्वत्यै नमः।
सरस्वती शिरः पातु ललाटे शारदाम्बिका।
कर्णयोर्धीश्वरी पातु नेत्रयोर्विद्यादायिनी॥१॥
घ्राणं पातु सुगन्धा मे वदनं सर्ववल्लभा।
जिह्वां मे वाग्देवी पातु कण्ठं मे शारदा सदा॥२॥
स्कन्धौ चतुर्भुजा पातु भुजौ मे वीणापाणिनी।
वक्षः पातु सरोजस्था हृदयं ज्ञानदायिनी॥३॥
उदरं शारदा पातु नाभिं मे कमलासना।
कटिं गिरिसुता पातु ऊरू मे सर्वपालिनी॥४॥
जानुद्वयं ब्रह्मविद्या जंघे मे हंसवाहिनी।
पादौ भक्तिप्रदा पातु पातु ब्रह्मस्वरूपिणी॥५॥
प्राच्यां पातु सरस्वती दक्षिणे शारदाम्बिका।
प्रतीच्यां वागधीश्वरी रक्षेदुत्तरतः शिवा॥६॥
ऐन्द्र्यामग्निदिशि तथा नैर्ऋत्यां सर्वरक्षिणी।
वायव्यां ज्ञानदा रक्षेत् ईशान्यां शुभदायिनी॥७॥
ऊर्ध्वं पातु महाविद्या अधो मे पातु भारती।
एवं दशदिशो रक्षेत् सरस्वती सुरेश्वरी॥८॥
रक्षाहीनं तु यत्स्थानं कवचेन विना कृतम्।
तत्सर्वं रक्ष मे देवि सरस्वति नमोऽस्तु ते॥९॥
॥ फलश्रुति ॥
इदं सरस्वतीकवचं यः पठेत्प्रयतः सदा।
सर्वविद्याविनिर्मुक्तो महाविद्यां च विन्दति॥
वादे विजयमाप्नोति सभासु च विराजते।
सरस्वती वरं दद्यात् परां विद्यां च शाश्वतीम्॥
॥ इति श्री सरस्वती कवचं सम्पूर्णम् ॥
