॥ श्री यमुनाष्टकम् ॥

॥ रचना — श्री वल्लभाचार्य ॥

नमामि यमुनामहं सकलसिद्धिहेतुं मुदा

मुरारिपदपंकजस्फुरदमन्दरेणूत्कटाम्।

ततत्त्वमसिपातगैरगघमर्षणैगौतमी-

विशिष्टकृतपुण्यगां त्रिजगदेत्य पावनीम्॥१॥

कलिन्दगिरिमस्तके पतदमन्दपूरोज्ज्वला

विलासगमनोल्लसत्स्फुटतटोन्मिलन्मालिनी।

विहारविजयोल्लसत्कुसुमकेतुबाणासना

जयत्ययमहो सदा यमुनसैकतिकावटी॥२॥

भुवं भुवनपावनीमधिगतां कृपापूरिका-

मिहामृतविलासिनीमतिमनोहरां माधवीम्।

मुदा हृदि सदैव मे विहरतां मनोमोहिनी

ममास्तु ललनासमा भगवती कृपातारिणी॥३॥

सुधाशयनसुन्दरं कमलमन्दिरं कामदं

प्रचण्डमकरन्दभानुभरितं सुधाम्भोनिधिम्।

स्फुरत्परमहंसिनीविगलितार्चिषं शोभनं

भजे सततमम्बया सह यमुनमम्बोधरम्॥४॥

सुसंस्कृतमतिप्रियं निरवधिप्रसादाम्बुदे।

सुभक्तवरसत्कृतं सकलगोपगोपीजने।

दिवा च सततं भजे रसपरिस्फुरन्माधवी-

कुतूहलविनोदिनीं मणिनिभां च यामीमहम्॥५॥

नमोऽस्तु यमुने सदा तव चरित्रमत्यद्भुतं

न जातु भवतापहं जगति किञ्चिदन्यत्परम्।

तथापि कृपया कृता जलजनेत्रपत्युः प्रिया

त्वयैव कृतमस्तु तत्किमिव दुष्करं मय्यपि॥६॥

ममास्तु तव सन्निधौ तनुनवत्वमेतावता

न दुर्लभतमं मुहुर्हरिपदारविन्दस्पृहा।

तथा सकलसम्पदां निखिलसिद्धिदास्तेक्षणे

न किञ्चिदपरं मया प्रतिगृहीतमन्यत्कृतम्॥७॥

तवामृतकटाक्षतो भवतु मे पवित्रा मतिः

त्वया विरचितं हरेरवनताय सर्वं शुभम्।

इदं तु यमुनाष्टकं पठति सूक्तिमुक्तावलीं

समस्तदुरिताक्षयो भवति वै मुकुन्दप्रियः॥८॥

॥ फलश्रुतिः ॥

इमं तु यमुनाष्टकं सदनवद्यसारं शुभं

पठन्ति तु मनीषिणो भुवि कृतार्थयिष्यन्ति ते।

हरिप्रिययमुनया सततसम्भृतानां नृणां

समस्तमपरं तथा कलिमलापहं भाविनाम्॥

॥ इति श्री वल्लभाचार्यकृतं यमुनाष्टकं सम्पूर्णम् ॥
