ॐ जय गंगे माता, मैया जय गंगे माता।
जो नर तुमको ध्याता, मनवांछित फल पाता॥
ॐ जय गंगे माता॥
चन्द्र सी झलकत धारा, निर्मल जल अति पावन।
एक डुबकी जो लागे, मिट जात पापताप मन॥
ॐ जय गंगे माता॥
राजा भगीरथ जब तप कीन्हा, तब पतितन हित आई।
शिव की जटा से निकली, पतितन को तारन आई॥
ॐ जय गंगे माता॥
ब्रह्मलोक से उतरी, गंगा तट बहती।
तीन लोक में व्यापी, महिमा सब कहती॥
ॐ जय गंगे माता॥
विष्णु चरणन से निकली, गंगा अमृत धारा।
