॥ श्री इन्द्र अष्टकम् ॥

वज्रपाणिं सहस्राक्षं देवराजं पुरन्दरम्।

ऐरावतगजारूढं नमामीन्द्रं सुरेश्वरम्॥ १॥

शचीपतिं महावीरं वृत्रासुरविनाशनम्।

स्वर्गाधिपं मरुत्वन्तं नमामीन्द्रं दिवस्पतिम्॥ २॥

मेघवाहनमत्युग्रं विद्युत्कान्तिसमप्रभम्।

गोत्रभिदं पाकशासनं नमामीन्द्रं शतक्रतुम्॥ ३॥

सोमपं यज्ञभोक्तारं ऋग्वेदप्रतिपादितम्।

देवसेनापतिं शूरं नमामीन्द्रं जयप्रदम्॥ ४॥

नमुचिघ्नं बलहरं दैत्यसङ्घविनाशनम्।

अमरेशं त्रिलोकेशं नमामीन्द्रं सुखप्रदम्॥ ५॥

ऋतुकर्तारमाकाशं वर्षाणां पतिमुत्तमम्।

वज्रभृत्कुलिशधरं नमामीन्द्रं प्रभाकरम्॥ ६॥

सर्वदेवनमस्कृत्यं सर्वयज्ञफलप्रदम्।

ऐन्द्रीदिगधिपं वन्दे नमामीन्द्रं महाबलम्॥ ७॥

कामधेनुप्रदातारं कल्पवृक्षसमन्वितम्।
