॥ श्री वायु कवचम् ॥
॥ ध्यानम् ॥
श्वेतवर्णं महावेगं प्राणदं सर्वदेहिनाम्।
वायुदेवं नमस्यामि सर्वप्राणस्वरूपिणम्॥
॥ कवचम् ॥
शिरो मे पातु पवनो ललाटं प्राणदोऽवतु।
नेत्रे रक्षतु सर्वगो कर्णौ रक्षतु मारुतः॥ १॥
नासिकां पातु गन्धवाहो मुखं रक्षतु जीवनः।
जिह्वां रक्षतु सर्वात्मा कण्ठं पातु समीरणः॥ २॥
स्कन्धौ रक्षतु वातात्मा बाहू रक्षतु शीघ्रगः।
करौ पातु बलप्रदो हृदयं पातु शब्दवाहः॥ ३॥
उदरं पातु विश्वात्मा नाभिं रक्षतु देवेशः।
कटिं पातु सुवेगश्च ऊरू पातु महाबलः॥ ४॥
जानुनी पातु सर्वेशो जङ्घे रक्षतु प्राणदः।
पादौ पातु जगद्व्यापी सर्वाङ्गं पातु मारुतः॥ ५॥
प्राच्यां रक्षतु पूर्ववायुर्दक्षिणे दक्षिणानिलः।
पश्चिमे पश्चिमवातो उत्तरे उत्तरमारुतः॥ ६॥
ऊर्ध्वं रक्षतु ऊर्ध्ववायुरधस्तात्पातु भूमिगः।
सर्वतः सर्वकालं च वायुदेवः सदावतु॥ ७॥
॥ फलश्रुतिः ॥
वायुकवचमिदं पुण्यं यः पठेद्भक्तिसंयुतः।
सर्वरोगविनिर्मुक्तः प्राणशक्तिसमन्वितः॥
दीर्घायुष्यमवाप्नोति वायुदेवप्रसादतः।
सर्वत्र सिद्धिमाप्नोति नात्र कार्या विचारणा॥
॥ इति श्री वायु कवचं सम्पूर्णम् ॥
